2/18/2020 - Ten Pounds!

We have arrived at the 10lb. club!
Thankful for our smarty pants GI and PICU dietician for adding some protein to Annelise's diet, which seems to be helping a lot! 
You know what else helps with good weight gains?  NOT being in the hospital for a whole month 😎😁👍

2/17/2020..... whoops!

Uuhhhh sometimes when your mom makes Valentine's, she sends them out late.... and also sometimes she must have been talking and typing at the same time, because the Bible verse she specifically picked for me should have been Roman's 8:38-39.... there's no Galatians 8😬!

There is just no talking this girl into sleep!😂😳😴
Kevin and I had an exciting night changing her trach.  You never want a trach change to be exciting 😬.  Boring is the goal.  But Kevin and I trained together and we are a great team!  Baby girl has clearly recovered and wants to celebrate by partying all night. 🤪

2/16/2020 - OT Progress!

She's moving her little hands with intention!  We'll keep workin' over here!  Thankful for a healthy week❤🥰

So thankful for people who use the talents God gave them to make the world a better place.  We have incredible family, friends and a medical team who do that for us on a daily basis!  So much love being thrown at us! We'll be having dairy-free and soy-free ice cream to celebrate!😁👍

February 10th is here! 8 months!!

It's almost 4am and I want to go to bed... but I also want to throw a party because our baby is 8 months old today!!! Eight!
Glory to God for all of her days.  Mine too for that matter, and yours!🥰
