I was able to let go a little today and enjoy the morning hours when Annelise was super awake and alert!❤️ I'm so thankful that God is patient with me. I can worry myself ragged, but He'll be in control the whole time. If my worst case scenario comes true... He'll be the same good God then too. Instead of living in the worst case scenario, I'll pay attention to whatever good I can find around me. Like the good moments we had today.
Annelise had a busy day!
We started sprints again with the heated humidified trach collar. 2 hours at a time this time, twice a day, because we requested to go much slower this time, to not tire her out again.
Annelise started to eat again! We'll get an xray tomorrow morning to determine how much fluid, if any, has returned to her lungs.
She had her 2 month immunizations today! Such a big girl. Her eyes got super wide, but she didn't cry.
Now she's sleeping, so I'm going to sleep too!
