So tired!
We have a day nurse! The one we had temporarily the first week that we were home. The one I measure all other nurses against because she's awesome.... decided that she did want a full time with one family gig... and since we rehomed Tiffany, she is our nurse now! We miss Tiffany, but love that she loves her new people and home.
Annelise had a fever all day. Cried when put down at night, so Kevin and I took turns holding her while she slept last night and tonight.
She is resting right now with a heart rate that is very close to her baseline, so hoping that means fever will be gone next time I check it. Not going to touch her right now though, she hates having her temp checked.
Got a CBC blood test today from the lab. Our kiddos who have Trisomy 18 are often hard to find the veins to poke for blood draws and IV's. Annelise had the phlebotomists working hard to find the vein. They got it in 2 tries! Which is success to us!
Tummy issues have largely decreased. Attempting to eliminate more from my diet to see if that helps her tolerate the free food! Starting with caffeine. I miss coffee already! But its only temporary. I'll be back, coffee!
